The home inspection report presents the result of the inspection to you in written form. While you are encouraged to be present for the inspection, there is simply too much information to commit to memory. The home inspection report will present our findings and contain recommendations where in our opinion, actions are merited. The report like the inspection, is a documentation of the condition of the property inspected as observed at the time the inspection was performed.
